Exporting product data

In Afosto you have the option to export product data to an Excel (.xlsx or .csv) file. To do this, follow the procedure below.

Procedure

• Go to the product overview, click on:
• Under Type, choose Config or Simple:
• Select the columns you would like to see in the Excel export, click Select Columns to turn any columns on or off.

Note: because we are about to run a Batch to customize products you will need at least the column EAN-code or SKU . This is because it will be used later to look up the product and perform the changes you want to perform on that particular product.

Once you are done, you have selected the correct columns, click under Export (next to Select Columns) on XLS or .CSV. A file will now be created for you.

Once the export is complete it will appear on your computer as a download.

You now have an Excel file containing all your products. You can now, for example, prepare the file in Excel for Batch processing.
